Litigation Lawyer

Primarily working on a fraud related matter (acting for the plaintiff in the largest fraud case ever to be litigated in Cayman involving a claim of US$9.2 billion against 43 defendants). The successful candidate would also be expected to work on any other matter as requested, manage the financial aspects of her own practice and matters, contribute generally to the development of the group and contribute to business development.

Trust Lawyer

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic 5-7 PQE solicitor (or other suitably qualified lawyer of equivalent experience) to work closely with one of our top ranked trust lawyers. The candidate will also be working closely with our Channel Islands trusts lawyers and Cayman litigation lawyers to build the Cayman trusts practice into a market leading practice. This will involve passionately championing our trusts practice and acting as a figure head for the non-contentious side of the practice in Cayman. The candidate will need to possess or be keen to develop rainmaking qualities and be stimulated by the prospect of establishing new relationships and nurturing new income streams for the business.
